  1. If I want to have a party / event / etc. at the pool, what do I need to do? Fill out a Facility Use Permit Request form. The form is accessible from Citywide Aquatics Website and/or facility. Turn in completed form to Citywide Aquatics email and they will notify you when it is approved.

  2. How old does my child need to be to participate in a group lesson? Participation learn to swim program can begin as early as 4 years of age. Once the child is 7 years old they may be in a group lesson without the parent in the water.

  3. How do I know if I have an account online? If you have registered at any of our LA City pools in the past, you have one! Call one of our Year-Round pools before registration starts on June 9th if you need your login information.

  4. How do I log into my account? Visit reg.laparks.org to login

  5. How do I find or reset my username and / or password? We can do it for you over the phone during the pool’s open operational hours! Call a year-round pool before the June 9th date to make sure you have all your login information. You are also able to do this from home. When you choose the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” buttons, it will ask to send a confirmation email to the email you used when you registered last time.
